The same family has run Ashfield Park as a sole business since 1954 and we are proud of our reputation for the very caring and helpful approach of all our office and maintenance staff.
Ashfield Park is a peaceful private residential park home in a rural setting on the edge of the rapidly developing town of Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Ashfield Park's location is ideal for lovers of nature or those who simply want to take their dog for a pleasant evening walk through the Nature Reserve to the rear of the park. The Reserve is home to a family of swans and many other wild and rare birds.
Some of our homes overlook a lagoon, also part of the Nature Reserve. In Summer and in Winter a stroll around the Lagoon is very relaxing. The surroundings include the local Ashby Decoy Golf course plus 7 more. Horse riding, fishing and swimming can be found within a 5-mile radius.
We offer permanently placed, top quality mobile home accommodation. Homes and garden plots are individually adapted to purchasers needs. Our road surfaces are tarmac and our streets are well lit. All services to individual plots - natural gas, water, electricity, sewage and telephone cables - are installed underground.
Our ground staff maintain all services and look after common areas such as grass verges, boundaries and trees.
Our office is staffed 5 mornings per week and at other times by arrangement.

Ashfield Park is situated on the Burringham Road on the west side of Scunthorpe town.
At the entrance to Ashfield Park there is a small bus terminal with covered waiting area. Buses leave every half hour for the 15 minute journey to Scunthorpe town centre with its shops and facilities. Trains from Scunthorpe station connect with the East Coast Mainline services at Doncaster.
A local ASDA supermarket is a short walk from Ashfield and includes a hairdressers, a chemist and a dry cleaners.
A doctor's surgery, health clinic, post office and a butchers shop are all
within a 15 minute walk.
The recently expanded local hospital is also easily reached from Ashfield Park.
Access to Scunthorpe is very easy with a bus terminus at the park entrance.
The local golf course is within a 5-minute walk.
Our village pub with its own restaurant is a 5-minute walk away.
