Take the Eastbound M180.

Pass over the River Trent and leave the M180 at Junction 3 (M181, signposted Scunthorpe West & Centre)

The M181 ends with a roundabout. Turn Right (3^rd Exit, signposted Scunthorpe)

Pass Tesco and Toys 'R' Us on the left. Go straight on at the roundabout by B&Q and KFC.

At the next roundabout (by the Berkley Hotel), turn right (4^th Exit) signposted to Scotter (A159).

Continue for over a mile, under the high railway bridge and through the woods.

At the next roundabout (by the Shell garage, the Mallard Hotel and ASDA), turn right (3^rd Exit for B1450 Burringham) and you are almost here.

Ashfield Park Homes is on the right after 200 yards.

This is the entrance to Ashfield Park and the office.

Turn right and park in our layby or anywhere near the office.
