The Homes

Each home is in a fenced off plot and has a drive with double gates leading to a 20ft x 8ft6 garage.

These beautiful homes are completely furnished throughout,
with natural gas central heating, double-glazing, Decra tiled roofs,
and come with a 10-year warranty.

Lounge : -
3-piece suite.
Natural gas fire with marble and wood surround.
Patio Door and bay window.


Kitchen Area : -
fully fitted kitchen,
auto washer point,
cooker with gas hob and electric oven,
cooker extractor fan
combination boiler which gives instant hot water throughout the home.
In addition there is fridge/freezer space.


Dining Area :-
table and 4 chairs with upholstered seats.


Bathroom : -
full bathroom suite
high power shower above bath (Optional extra)
plus shower screen.

2 Double Bedrooms,
each with fully fitted wardrobes and
4ft 6in beds with bed heads.

Carpets and lined curtains are fitted throughout
All rooms have papered walls and ceilings with coving.
There is an Arch (Arch is optional extra) between the kitchen and the lounge and all rooms have radiators.
On the plot is a 20ft x 8ft 6in Garage with electric points.
The home is skirted and the garden is fenced with a drive and double gates.

Pets and Children

Residents can bring their pet to share their new home.

Young children are welcome as visitors only, so that Ashfield Park's peaceful atmosphere is preserved for those who enjoy its tranquillity.

Plots

Plots for new homes are available on request.

If needed, prior to occupation, all garden plots are prepared with if a generous layer of topsoil. The natural soil is a rich alluvial clay with thin patches of peat on some plots.

Services

Refuse is collected every Tuesday.
There is a Post Box at entrance to the Estate.
Our local Post Offices are at Westcliff and Burringham Road.
The Mobile Library visits every two weeks.

Prices

Prices start at approximately £52,500 for a 40ft x 14ft home. The larger ones are dearer.
On all homes the Arch, Shower, and Cornerstones are an optional extra.

A ground rent charge and all services charges are also payable either by direct debit or weekly at the office.
